We are a group of passionate staff members coming together to brainstorm and enact positive change within the school community by lessening our impact on the environment. We are opening the team up for any community members and are hosting an online Zoom meeting at 6:30 pm Wednesday 4^th June. We have recently surpassed the $1K mark in our returns and have saved nearly 11,000 containers from ending up in landfill. Please consider bringing in donations from home to support this initiative. We are currently fundraising to install a bird waterer tower which will greatly support the local black cockatoo population to access clean and fresh water without becoming vulnerable at ground level, as well as many other bird species. There are three containers for change bins within the school, and most recycling bins have the small cages on the side for containers to be separated.
