The Primary School library will be commencing library classes for Classes 2-4 in Week two.  Library classes for Kindy and Class 1 begin in Week three.

The library is a wonderful lesson for the students where they have an opportunity to connect with books, borrow and listen to stories in a relaxing and calm space.

Students are required to bring a library bag to their classes so they can borrow and take care of the books they loan.  Please can parents support their child to bring their library bag and return books to encourage engagement and reduce disappointment when they are unable to loan due to the absence of their bag.

Each Wednesday from drop off through to 11am there is a fabulous volunteer opportunity to participate in called Library Owls.  Parents, Grandparents and Guardians contribute to library tasks whilst enjoying nourishing conversation and morning tea.  Hours count towards the Family Participation Scheme.

Library Owls commences in Week 2 where we will be beautifying shelves together and covering books.

The school community are also welcome to become members of the library and loan books to read with their children or enjoy the parent library.
